Users agree to use our digital resources solely for legitimate business inquiries and account management. Any attempt to disrupt website functionality, scrape data, or use the portal for fraudulent purposes will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Engagement for transportation logistics, distribution services, and warehouse management starts with a formal quote. Quotes provided by 2 MD FREIGHT LLC are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. All rates are subject to audit and may change based on fuel surcharges, accessorial fees, or accurate freight weight and dimensions.

Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in a Master Service Agreement (MSA), net payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

Confidentiality: We handle shipment data, client manifests, and proprietary distribution strategies with the highest level of security. 2 MD FREIGHT LLC adheres to strict non-disclosure standards for all sensitive client information encountered during the logistics cycle.

These terms and any resulting service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts or state courts located in Lake County, Indiana.
